At Your Reformer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase to ensure your home Pilates journey is seamless. If your equipment or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive an authorization form.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the reformer or accessory is securely packed in its original packaging, including all bolts, straps, and manuals.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  For large equipment, we will coordinate a specialized courier pickup; for smaller items, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
